Premium Care Chiropractic was my very first experience with Chiropractic care and it has been wonderful. The staff is kind and I’m always greeted by name. Dr Shel does a great job of explaining what the issues are and how they can be addressed with chiropractic care. He always makes sure I am comfortable during exercises and procedures. After trying physical therapy and epidural injections without success, my orthopedic surgeon recommended back surgery, but I wasn’t comfortable going that route.<br><br>I met Adriana at my gym, and she introduced me to Dr. Shel at Premium Care Chiropractic. I decided to schedule a consultation, and I’m so glad I did.<br><br>From my initial assessment, Dr. Shel developed a thorough, personalized treatment plan to address my neck pain, lower back pain, and sciatica. I love going to Premium Care Chiropractic. Dr. Shel is gentle with his adjustments and the environment in the office is so comfortable and welcoming. What I have learned is that he works with correcting the issue rather than focusing on the symptoms alone, and after just a few visits my back feels great!! Definitely recommend.

About a month ago, I began seeing Dr. Shel for severe back, nerve, and right-side pain. From the very first visit, I was blown away; both Dr. Shel and Ariana at the front desk were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. I was so impressed after that initial appointment that I left a 5-star rating right away, though I held off on writing a review until I had actually gone through a course of treatment.<br>Now, a month in, I’m happy to report that I’m genuinely improving. It takes real dedication - you have to commit to the exercises and follow the plan Dr. Shel lays out, but if you do, your condition will get better. I’m living proof of that. I’m excited about where things are headed and grateful to have found such a caring and competent team. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate, this practice is the real deal.

Dr. Ramlochan performed a very thorough exam, including a posture analysis and X-rays of my spine and neck, to truly understand the root of my pain.<br><br>The treatment was excellent—he used the Activator Method for a gentle neck adjustment and a manual adjustment for my spine that provided immediate relief. I also appreciated the professional touch of using cryotherapy (ice) at the end of the session to help with the inflammation. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shel for pain on the upper right side back of my neck, and the difference has been incredible. I can finally get a full night’s sleep without being woken up by pain. I was in need of a chiropractor. I had sciatica on right hip. I was in pain and had problems sitting,walking and sleeping. I am so glad I found Dr. Shelinder Ramiocham. He is very nice and professional. He took x-rays and then explain every that is happening my right hip. After 3 months of adjustments, I am feeling wonderful. I can walk, sit and sleep with no pain. His staff are all friendly and professional.

I was in Orlando on vacation and I hurt my back. I wasnt able to get out of bed, dress myself, or even stand up without assistance. I called all over the place and Dr Shelinder was the only one able to get me in same day. After my first visit I was able to move do all of the above on my own. I am someone with a bad back from crashing a tractor trailer. Bc of a hit and run drunk driver I slammed into a wall then jack-knifed the trailer. I was basically in a blender being tossed around. Bc of his research and extensive training he has continued to find a way to keep me going without pain and without surgery.
